When ordering by email, include the following information:

- Finish Color
- Name, Address, Telephone Number, Credit Card Information or other preferred payment method
Terms: COD or all major credit cards accepted.
Shipping: All orders are shipped UPS from Frederick, Maryland. Shipping cost is added to the Invoice.
Color Brochure: If you would like a color brochure showing our entire product line, the cost is $3.00 (which will be credited against your first order). Simply mail your request along with a check and your name and address to the address listed above.
